Sitting in the morning sun

Hello everyone

I have just finished this very summery card and it is making me feel I need a holiday. It is two and a bit weeks to Easter holidays, I think, (hope) and I really need a break. Working all day yesterday has made me so tired. So this card was just what I needed to remind me of the relaxing days of the holidays. After all that’s what I go to school for, LOL.

I have used some sea foam embossing powder for the waves for the first time, it makes them stand out I think, what about you? The image is a penny black stamp and the papers are from Just so Scrappy Too at The sentiment is from the song Sitting on the dock of the bay by Otis Redding, a fantastic relaxing song.To finish I added the stitched felt sun letters and two little foam fish.

Hope you like it, Lynn
